Ginger pear dink

Ginger pear drink

(Ingredients serves 4)

  • 1 l good quality water (if possible spring water)
  • 5 cm piece ginger, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium size, sweet pears, washed and cut into small cubes
  1. Put pear and ginger into cold water.
  2. Boil it and let it simmer covered for 20 minutes.
  3. Serve hot.
