Ginger pear dink

Ginger pear drink
(Ingredients serves 4)
- 1 l good quality water (if possible spring water)
- 5 cm piece ginger, peeled, thinly sliced
- 2 medium size, sweet pears, washed and cut into small cubes
- Put pear and ginger into cold water.
- Boil it and let it simmer covered for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
